Coora (Final Form) can be used on Extreme PHY and "Rainbow Villains".

Coora (Final Form) is the leader of the team: the first one is a main rotation unit, paired with [Emperor%27s Devotion] Frieza (Full Power), whereas the second one is a floater, he should be kept off-rotation in order to leave Crashing Maelstrom Omega Shenron and Agent of Destruction Syn Shenron together. Coora (Final Form) is one of the strongest units on this team and he is also able to absorb hits fairly well under his own Leader Skill.

On this team Coora (Final Form) is not the prime option: he lacks "Fear and Faith", he is outclassed by Crashing Maelstrom Omega Shenron in every aspect and the team prefers to run a support unit for the PHY slot anyway, Heartless Destruction Buu (Kid), instead of another hard hitter. Despite these flaws, Coora (Final Form) is still the third best option for the PHY slot (at least until [Emperor's Devotion] will get his Extreme Z-Awakening), his ability to tank is further enhanced by [Punishment of Anger] Goku Black (SS Rosé)'s Passive, he is consistent enough thanks to the Ki support and has some good synergy with other Extreme type units like Steel Hatred Metal Coora, the best option for the INT slot, [Emperors True Splendor] Golden Frieza (Angel) and [Evil Incursion] Super Janemba.

Coora (Final Form)'s Super Attack has an immense damage multiplier and greatly lowers DEF, nothing special. Unfortunately his 12 Ki multiplier is, like [Astounding Transformation] Super Saiyan 3 Goku (Angel)'s, 140%, probably because of his built-additional.

Coora (Final Form)'s Leader Skill currently gives the highest boost to Extreme PHY, he is the best leader for the element so far.

At the start of the turn Coora (Final Form) gets a 100% boost to both ATK and DEF, making him good both offensively and defensively, and launches an additional attack with a chance to become a Super Attack. The built-in additional attack makes up for the fact that the unit does not as much of a boost as other leaders from his generation like Unparalleled Golden Ki Super Vegito (120% ATK and DEF) or [Transcendent Majin] Buu (Kid) (100+70% ATK)

Coora (Final Form)'s links are very good on his own team, Extreme PHY: Shocking Speed, Big Bad Bosses and Fierce Battle for overall synergy and Strongest Clan in Space and Universe%27s Most Malevolent are easy to activate when he is on rotation with Frieza (Full Power), but "Thirst for Conquest" does not really have a place on his team, which is unfortunate since it's a 15% ATK link. Outside Extreme PHY, on a "Rainbow Villains" team, Coora (Final Form) has some trouble fitting because of his lack of Fear and Faith.

Coora (Final Form) is a PHY type with a built-in additional, the ideal spread for him is without a doubt lv.15 Critical and lv.11 Additional. Investment in Dodge is not really needed, this unit is fairly tanky, and was designed to be primarily offensive, maximizing the damage is more important.

Coora (Final Form) is not farmable, but there is a way to raise his Super Attack without utilizing Elder Kais/Grand Kais: Coldhearted Invasion Coora is a pretty common SR that can be dokkan awakened into Overwhelming Fear Coora (Final Form) and used for a 100% chance to raise [Open The Gates of Hell] Coora (Final Form)'s SA, but the medals required are a lot, I would not suggest doing it. Coora (FF) is definitely worth 9 Elder Kais/Grand Kais, he is a very good unit that is just waiting to be added into a category.
