Merciless Condemnation Goku Black (SS Rose) & Zamasu can fit on various teams: “Potara”, “Realm of Gods”, “Villains” and Extreme TEQ.

While their healing mechanic is actually counterproductive towards getting [Super Powered Fusion] SS Goku & SS Vegeta's transformation off, Merciless Condemnation - Goku Black (SS Rose) & Zamasu can be a very powerful unit on this team on rotation with Punishment of Anger - Goku Black (SS Rose). On this Category team Goku Black (SS Rose) & Zamasu get a 170% to ATK and HP, meaning that they are going to hit incredibly hard even before their ATK is completely built up and that their healing mechanic is going to be much more valuable since it’s a percentage of your total health.

On this team, just like on “Potara”, Goku Black (SS Rose) & Zamasu should be kept on rotation with a Goku Black (SS Rose), since that unitis going to provide Ki and link with them making up for the lack of Ki from [A Surging New Power] Goku (Ultra Instinct -Sign-)’s Leader Skill. Goku Black (SS Rose) & Zamasu are the strongest unit on this team together with [Strength Surpassing God] SS God SS Vegito.

2-17 Ki Super Attack causes colossal damage and raises their DEF by 30% for 3 turns, whereas their 18+ Ki Super causes mega-colossal damage and raises it for 6 turns. Being able to stack this DEF boost allows this unit to tank pretty much any normal attack and greatly mitigate Super Attacks.

The 90% leader skill for TEQ types is an outdated in the current meta, but not a bad one at all.

The passive recovers 15% of your total health at the start of the turn and gives them a 30% ATK boost each time they get hit up to 120%. That’s not such a slow build up and the unit will hit hard regardless even without the full boost.

“Fear and Faith”, “Nightmare”, “Fierce Battle” and “Big Bad Bosses” are very important links for an Extreme type unit, having these already makes Goku Black (SS Rose) & Zamasu fit well on most of the teams they are on. In addition to these standard links, Goku Black (SS Rose) & Zamasu gets “Prepared for Battle”, which is not out of place since the leader of Extreme TEQ, SS3 Broly, has it instead of “Fear and Faith”, and that most of the units on the “Potara” team have it too.

Goku Black (SS Rose) & Zamasu get a natural lv.5 Critical, and you could easily bring that to a lv.20 and leave just a lv.3 Additional unless you want to abuse his DEF raising mechanic on his Super Attack more often.

Dodges are not a good choice, but the split between Critical and Additional is up to the player: keep in mind that Goku Black (SS Rose) & Zamasu are going to tank well regardless and raising their DEF even further will just make it less likely to have “Big Bad Bosses” active.

Goku Black (SS Rose) & Zamasu has a farmable Super Attack up to SA 10 through SR [A Future Destroyed] Goku Black that drops from the first stage of The Darkness Shrouding the Future (Dokkan Event). Feeding one of these will give a 50% chance to raise his SA at the cost of no medals since the unit drops already Z-Awakened. From SA 10 to SA 20 Goku Black (SS Rose) & Zamasu is going to require Kais, but the unit is totally worth it.
