Compared to the SS3 Goku event this one is a lot easier, we have two ways to beat the first 30 stages: we can either use a Super AGL team or a Hybrid Saiyans team. The Boss of the event is weak against Super AGL, Super STR and the Hybrid Saiyans" category; from Stage 20 onward any unit that does not fall under one of these will deal little to no damage while taking a lot in return.

 Budding Warriors Trunks (Kid) %26 Goten (Kid) | This is the unit that will literally tear the event apart, they can tank and deal a great amount of damage to the boss at the same time, they have a good Leader Skill and they are self-sufficient in terms of Ki. If you are planning on beating the last stages with Super AGL, you should definitely bring them with you either on your team or as a Friend Leader, and the same goes for "Hybrid Saiyans". |

This unit also raises his DEF for 6 turns upon Super Attack, but his links are not the best so he will likely miss that. |
 Unparalleled Golden Ki Super Vegito | Super Vegito is an amazing unit to this day and can greatly help out in this event if you are missing "Hybrid Saiyans" units; he can reduce damage from normal attacks by 80% and counter them, this is going to make him a very good tank up to the higher stages. Only thing to be careful about is not to get hit with a Super Attack by LSS Broly with this unit, but that's up to luck anyway. |
 Tomboy Troublemaker Pan (GT) | Pan (GT) is the best support unit in the element and she fits in the “Hybrid Saiyans” category; she is going to be a very good option as a floater. |
 Reckless Strength Super Saiyan Gotenks | This unit is a Super AGL type and a "Hybrid Saiyan", he will greatly reduce incoming damage and deal a decent amount in return with enough Ki spheres collected thanks to his nuker Passive. |
 Point-Blank Flash Super Saiyan 2 Gohan (Youth) | A very good support unit that is going to take reduced damage while increasing the overall consistency of the team. Very good also on "Hybrid Saiyans" since the types he supports are the ones that are going to perform better against LSS Broly. |
 Proud Bloodline Bulpan | Another Super AGL type that is also in the "Hybrid Saiyans" category, Bulpan is a very good support unit that gives all allies 3 Ki when your HP is above 30%. |

I started by assuming we do not have a Goten (Kid) & Trunks (Kid) of our own and built a team around them as a Friend Leader. Our main objective is to survive and let the LR do the damage and take down LSS Broly.
The first rotation consists of SS4 Vegeta and Goten (Kid) & Trunks (Kid); this is where the most damage is going to be dealt.
The second rotation is Super Vegito and SS Gotenks; I decided to pair these two together because they are going to get their Super Attack off automatically with their Ki links. Super Vegito can still work very well defensively even though he is not going to deal that much damage, whereas SS Gotenks is going to be able weaken LSS Broly with his nuking Passive and help out the LR.
As you can see, all of the floaters on this team are support units; I chose to have SS2 Gohan (Youth) and SS Gohan (Youth) on the team not only because they are going to take less damage from the Boss thanks to their type and category advantage, but also because we need to maximize the damage the LR can deal during the turn that it’s on rotation and support Passives work very well with ATK boost received upon Super Attack. Bulpan will further increase the consistency of the team, she will activate The Innocents for the LR and make it easier to get to the full Ki meter.

 Exploring the Universe Pan (GT) (Honey) | Pan (GT) (Honey) has a high chance to reduce damage taken by 50%, she can heal through her Passive and she is an in-game obtainable unit; you should definitely consider bringing her with you. |

 Energetic Fighter Pandel | Pandel is a Super INT type, she is not going to tank hits like the other support units I listed so far, but her 30% ATK boost and the fact that she activate “Infighter” for Ultimate Gohan make her a solid option for this team. |
